If you live in the UK you can’t have failed to notice that for a month supposedly placed in the height of summer, sunshine filled days have been pretty few and far between. Despite that, I wanted to share my love for iced tea and significantly, the Teapigs summer blends range!
When I was in Vegas in January I became addicted to the Starbucks Peach Green Tea Lemonade. Upon arriving back in the UK it was of course too cold to drink these on the regs but as soon as summer hit, my addiction was in full flow. I wanted to find a way to make something similar at home at home, perhaps a little less heavy on the sugar as well as saving some pennies if nothing else!
So you can imagine how happy I was when Teapigs sent over their summer blends range. Available in Apple Spritz and Peach Lemonade, I couldn’t wait to get my brew infusing in the comfort of my own home.
How to brew your yummy iced tea
- Place Teapigs tea temple into a glass
- Add enough boiling water to cover the teat temple and infuse
- Leave for 3-5 minutes
- Top up with cold water and ice (and a sprig of mint if you fancy)
If you want to get your mits on the range you best be quick, it’s limited edition so won’t be around for long!
